Diego stops by Melztube's house looking for his girlfriend. He suspects his girl of cheating on him. Melztube hates to be the bearer of bad news, but she confirms that Diego's girl is in fact cheating on him. Melztube feels really bad for Diego as she is the one who set them up, so she decides to help Diego out by fucking him and making him forget all about his cheating girl.
